Time Sync Issue

Hi

I have a Pepwave max HD2 running firmware 6.2.2 and I have an Issue with Time sync.

I had a log which showed a time sync error for 1 minute, In this minute connection to the Internet was lost. Once a time re sync happen connection to Internet came back.

Do you have any ideas why this would happen?

It could have been for any number of reasons. Hard to say without more information.

  1. Update to Time Server
  2. If the HD2 just booted up it will take a couple minutes for it to sync time
  3. Momentary issue with the Time Server
