Three Network SIM connecting on one pepwave but not another

Hi,

I have a Three network SIM that works on the below:

Model
Pepwave MAX HD2
Product Code
MAX-HD2-LTE-E

Firmware

SpeedFusion VPN Version
9.2.1

But with the same APN settings, does not work on the below. Just stuck on obtaining IP address

It seems to see the SIM and find the correct APN but just won’t get past obtaining ip address. Other 02/Voda sims in the device work fine.

Any ideas?
