TFTP fie transfer

Hello, I have a Peplink Balance 310. We can connect to a TFTP server, but we can’t transfer a file. It just times out. I have, for testing, opened up the firewall to this server. Still no luck. Maybe it’s an ascii challenge? Kind of like the old Unix FTP servers. We have another gateway, behind a Linksys router, and it works fine on that gateway. Anyone mess around with TFTP before and get it to work?

Is the TFTP server on the LAN side of the Balance 310 and this is an inbound session?

It is on the WAN side, or outside world. I was able to find a setting in the Peplink that allowed for TFTP service passthrough. It was unchecked. I just checked it, and now everything is working fine!! Thank you!
