I am using a built-in captive portal and I want to add a bullet or numbering in the terms& conditions tab
Also, I want the text will be written right to left.

Someone knows how can I do this?

I would create the message (with bullets, numbers etc…) in Microsoft Word or another word document and then copy and paste that into the Captive Portal settings.

Thanks, but the issue still occurs and I cannot set the text from right to left

You will need to set the text from left to right in a word document such as Microsoft Word or Open Office and then copy and paste into captive portal as we are not able to set text from right to left natively:
