just want to mention that we were working with T-Mobile engineers team and they finally able to generate QR codes to activate eSIM on Balance 20X.
Still having issues with Balance One 5G, but hope it will be solved soon.

Awesome that’s great news!
Is it a variable QR code for each line or is it static for all? VZ has a static for all however, it seems at VZ you have to give them the IMEI ahead of time to have them do something in the system. I am continuing to test.
If we don’t know on TM, could you post the QR or translate and post the text for a manual entry?
Hi this is really interresting, what did they change to make it support Peplink E-Sim, as i have problems here in Denmark with several providers, they dont seem to finde the problem with BYO E-Sim when trying to activate them.
Please explain what you told the tele provider to make it work
But else this is great news.
you need to provide EID.
Verizon still struggles, I’ve yet to find someone knowledgeable to help, got an account rep fired for inability to help. To be fair not only for eSIM, but failing to make a custom data pool plan and etc.
TM, I can post past QR code, but code in it will look like this:
For Balance ONE 5G
LPA:1$t-mobile.idemia.io$CK825-9ETJZ-QSTML-3FVON
my explanation is simple, you know eSIM and iPhones?
Rep is like: “yeah”
and I: “I need same thing for data only device,
Here is my device EID”
quick update,
now I was able to activate both Balance 20X and Balance One 5G with TMo eSIM.
now we are moving to a data plans discussions as its getting out of experimental to more practical stage.
