System integrity check failed

I have two MAX HD4 Hardware 1, one with firmware version 8.3 and the other with firmware version 8.5. Now the System integrity check failed problem occurs from time to time, and the wan interface is unresponsive. Is this a hardware problem?

Hi. My move on this would be to submit a ticket. Definitely include a diag report with the ticket and turn RA on – although the latter will not be of value if you do not have an active WAN.
