Synergy Controller unable to login to Synergy Device anymore

I’m having an issue with being able to login to the synergy device from the synergy controller. This was working properly when I set this up initially, but has since stopped working. When I click on the IP of the synergy device in my dashboard of the synergy controller, I get the login page in a new tab, but when I enter credentials it just refreshes and shows me the login screen again. I am able to access the remote web admin from IC2 for the synergy device, but would be much easier to access it via the dashboard of the synergy controller.

Firmware - 8.4.1 build 5474

Has anyone had this issue before? I considered disabling the synergy mode, but concerned about the artifacts being leftover and then issues if I re-enable it. Thoughts on how to resolve?

Are you using http or https?
I had this issue when using http.

I did have the http to https redirect turned off on the synergy controller to stop the certificate warnings and such. I turned that back on and its working properly now.
