Switch lost configuration

Hi there,
this morning I’ve found all Switch ports and Vlan resetted on my switches.
Nothing found on Operational Log reports.

What could have been the problem?

Hi @yourmind, what about the rest of switch configuration, it remained intact ? If you are managing your VLAN’s with InControl 2 maybe some user from the group changed previously set configuration ?
