Update - September 11, 2025:
Switch Firmware 2.0.3 GA has been withdrawn due to reported stability issues affecting VLAN configurations in some deployments. Our team is investigating and preparing a 2.0.4 Beta with fixes for partner and customer testing before the next stable release. We recommend staying on 2.0.2 GA until the updated firmware is available.
We are pleased to announce that the latest Switch firmware, version 2.0.3 GA, is now available for download. You can access the firmware through our Firmware Download Page or via InControl Firmware Management.
I have switches on this firmware. I tried to roll back but they just started going up and down every few minutes. I switched them back to 2.0.3 and they are more stable. Should I stay on .3? What kind of VLAN issues happen?
A significant issue has been identified: when a user initiates an update from version 2.0.2 to 2.0.3, the Port VLAN settings are reassigned to different VLAN configurations, potentially resulting in network downtime.
However, if the update from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 has been completed without this issue arising, it is unlikely that any further complications will occur while continuing to use the firmware.
