Surfacebook 2 can't connect to AP with Fast transition enabled

I have two Microsoft Surfacebook 2 laptops. We enabled Fast Transition and all other laptops could connect but the Surfacebook laptops could not connect. We disabled Fast Transition and the Surfacebooks were able to connect.

Can I confirm you test with firmware 3.6.1? I wish to reproduce the problem in the lab.

Are you running the latest drivers on the SB? There are known issues with WiFi on the SB product line. Possibly both past driver issues as well as hardware limitations / interference (I believe Intel has a whitepaper discussing). Bluetooth could be interfering on the device too. Have you tried disabling bluetooth?
