Surf Soho works good on my Verizon air card. But not on my new wireless signal from the Power company

Just switched from Verizon air card to a wireless signal from the power company that is selling internet. My surf soho brings the speed down from 26mbps to 5mbps when I try to use the wan port to receive my wireless signal. But if I use there router and pick up the signal from that the speed is back to 25mbps why can’t I use the wan port what setting could be slowing me down???

Hard to tell without specs on the service and the ISP router. Potentially MTU mismatch, but the ISP router could also being doing TCP optimisation.

No it receives a signal from the antenna on the roof
