Having issues with connectivity as indicated in my event log. Using an Android hotspot tethered via USB to a laptop and then ethernet cable to my Surf SOHO MK3 running firmware 7.1.1 Build 1342. I seem to continuously get WAN disconnected.

Not sure where to begin diagnosing? I do have Health Check disabled as I have never been able to connect, perhaps due to the VPN on the laptop. My cell connection does seem to get caught with Verizon’s prioritization rules and therefore experiences inconsistent speeds.

No input for my issue?

Hello Madspeed, I apologize for being late to the party but I found your post during a search for "port: port 2 status changed (link down). I am having a similar problem with disconnects, but with FW 8.1. Did you ever resolve your issue?
Best regards
