Surf SOHO MK3 not scanning 5.0 Ghz for Wifi As WAN

My router settings don’t even show the 5.0 Ghz options in the channels section, only the 2.4Ghz channels. It will not show 5.0Ghz SSIDs that my other devices are seeing.
