I just upgraded to the BR-1 from the Surf SoHo. Is there anything in particular I should to to/with the SoHo before disposal for privacy concerns?
Well, it really depends on what you mean by “disposal.” ;<)
If you intention is to transfer it to a new owner, remove it from InControl (if used) and reset it to factory defaults. If you are really paranoid and see no future use for it take the preceding steps, then smack it with a three pound hammer a few times on your garage floor until it looks like a Cradlepoint! :<)
