Can the phone number format for SMS control be extended to support short numbers?

Do you mean you have the SMS short number that can use to sent SMS ?

Yes. When we send the sms from our internal platform, the phone number seen by the peplink is not an international format.

any chances the SMS short code number is sharing or it’s dedicated for your cases ?
