Submit Content Filtering Corrections?

How can corrections to the content filtering database be submitted? We’ve encountered a couple of legitimate sites in the last few days that are incorrectly categorized (and thus, blocked by our settings at different sites).

For example:
match.com (the popular online dating site) is classified as ‘porn’
travelers.com (Travelers Insurance Company) is classified as ‘dating’

Is there a form or email address where things like this can be reported (and hopefully corrected)?

Anyway, I found the match.com is categorized correctly. Please ensure you have up to date database. I will report travelers.com as invalid category to the team.

@TK_Liew: Yes, it appears match.com was blocked at a branch office using an older Balance that is out of maintenance. Thanks for reporting the travelers.com address!
