Static Port for Outbound NAT for 3CX

We are coming from pfsense which by default randomizes source ports for outbound NAT. It has the option to disable this in the Outbound NAT policy per this article: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/nat/outbound.html#static-port

Does the Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro 5G randomize source ports in the same way, and can it be turned off? We would like to keep NAT ports static for the local 3CX phone server. This has helped us reduce audio issues and pass the 3CX firewall check. We haven’t implemented any systems yet, I am just documenting the setup procedure for when we do start installing Pepwave.

Same problem with Peplink BPL310HW4 Firmware 8.3.0. Port

3CX Firewall Checker - Full Clone Test failed

Service Passtrough → SIP Compatibilty Mode is activated

Running the 3CX Firewall Checker

The result is sporadic dropouts in voice transmission. Can anyone provide helpful hints?
