Starlink tab does not show up as option under Peplink network

I’m kind of new at this particular configuration, but it looked pretty plug and play in the videos online; you go to WAN Connection Status and select Starlink, only it does not show up to select. Can anyone out there give me a hand?
Equipment:
Peplink: MAX-TST-DUO-CORE-LTEA-R-T-PRM
Hardware Revision 1
Firmware 8.3.0 build 5514
Starlink: Enterprise Kit (no Starlink router) Ethernet direct Peplink Router
Setup:
Cellular 1
Cellular 2
Ethernet cable direct to WAN port on Peplink Router
Issue
Here I am not sure which issue is the cause and which issues are the effect.

  1. Under Peplink / Network / WAN - The Starlink option at the bottom, that I see in every setup video is not there.
  2. The WAN connection I have tried to configure, under WAN Connection Status just sits and says connecting and lists (No IP Address)
  3. Under WAN Connections Settings / Management IP Address I have 192.168.100.100 / 255.255.255.0/24 This IP is duplicated in the Additional IP Address Settings
  4. Physical Interface Settings are set to MTU:1500 / MSS: Auto / Uplink LAN / VLAN: 10
  5. Health Check is set to PING 5, 10,3,3

I believe this feature was added with 8.4.0 firmware. I would recommend to upgrade to the latest available firmware version - 8.5.2.

You can upgrade the firmware under: System > Firmware

I appreciate the quick response Aivaras.

That got the “Starlink” option to come up. Now under WAN Connection Status it just remains on “Connecting” with “(No IP Address)”. In the videos I’ve watched it always comes up with a Starlink connection / logo.

Am I missing something else?

Looks like the issue now is with the Starlink itself connecting to it’s satellite network. Check the Starlink App for the reason why the Starlink can’t connect.
