Starlink not detected as Starlink

Hi!

I have a Starlink v2 connected to a B One 5G via its Ethernet adapter.

I have enabled Starlink integration using the Web Admin, Network tab, WAN, checked WAN 2, which I’ve renamed to “Starlink”.

It didn’t worked at first so I reset the Starlink router which was in bypass mode. Then the Starlink integration worked in the Web Admin and InControl.

Then I’ve brought the kit somewhere else, and despite a few reboots of both the B One 5G and the Starlink router, Starlink integration doesn’t work.

What should I do?

Thank you in advance!

What ip does your starlink give you, public or private?
What firmware version is the b one 5g?
Do you have any outbound rules set?
Do you have any custom ips/routes set on wan2?
Can you post some screenshots of your outbound policies, wan2 , starlink integration, firmware level?

Since I’ve reset the Starlink router, I have a private 192.168.1.0/24 IP. I think had a public IP in bypass mode. The Starlink 2nd Gen router is connected to the WAN2 port of the B One 5G.
The B One 5G is on 8.5.0 build 5636.
There’s a BR1 Mini 5G on 8.5.0 build 5169 in Synergy mode connected on WAN1 of the B One 5G.
I do have outbound rules set.
Screenshots are attached.
Any clue? Thank you in advance!

Verify your Starlink is still in bypass mode. Mine switched it off after the last trip I took.

what is your lan network range?
Peplinks seem to behave strange when it see the same ip range on the wan as the lan.
