Starlink and 580 Hw1 Router

We are trying to connect our 580 router to our new starling dish (round model) is there going to be a firmware update like on other models of 580?

We have it connected to WAN 5 and it has a connection on the Peplink Dashboard page but we are not able to get any traffic through. where as direct tot eh starling via wireless we can. Any help?

A HW1 580 won’t be getting any firmware updates but I am guessing you are having the same issue with the Starlink devices when connected over ethernet as others are. It is due to an incompatibility between the 2 devices and can be fixed by putting an unmanaged switch between the devices. I would suggest that you see if that helps.
