Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to submit a formal feature request regarding the availability of a standalone InControl2 subscription for all hardware at a more affordable price point.

As a remote ETO / AV-IT engineer responsible for managing a fleet of vessels, I have consistently chosen Peplink equipment due to the excellent functionality of the InControl portal, which allows me to efficiently administer remote management and receive crucial push notifications.

However, upon installing several Peplink MBX Minis, I have discovered that the sole option provided is an extended warranty, priced at over $1000. Considering the number of vessels requiring this solution, opting for such a warranty becomes impractical and cost-prohibitive for both myself as an independent contractor and the vessel owners who are not inclined to invest in extended warranties.

I kindly request that you consider developing an alternative solution that allows incontrol2 access for all Peplink devices at a manageable cost

just wanted to fallow this up, after contracting support the only option to continue to use the MBX Mini is to get the Warranty a cost in excess of $1000.00 per year.

would be amazing if you offered a standalone incontrol2 option for all devices as is a deal breaker for myself
