Hello,

I want to setup a splash page that prompts users to go agree to an internet usage agreement before they can access the general internet. I need to have a record of the name of time stamp of when someone agree’s and I have a few questions:

1. What is the best way to set this up?
2. What happens to devices that cannot view splash pages like gaming devices etc? is there a whitelist?

You may use InControl2’s Social Wifi.

Yes, you can whitelist certain IP or Mac address.

I am sadly not using Peplink Ap’s. Is there any other way of doing the above with the captive portal that is built into the router?

Pepwave AP’s are required in order to use the Social Wi-Fi settings.

The requested feature is supported by InControl2 only. Anyway, you may enable InControl2 Wifi Management for your Max router to achieve this.
