We are currently experiencing intermittent disconnections on our SpeedFusion VPN tunnel, which causes link interruptions and impacts our client’s CCTV monitoring system. (8 sites)
The issue occurs multiple times per day, the tunnel goes down for about a minute, then reconnects few minutes after. Both WAN and LTE links have been verified to be stable on our end, and there are no ISP issues detected.
We also noticed that the issue persist after a recent device reboot.
Troubleshoot that we have already did by our end is
- enable IPSEC vpn , as now run two vpn at one time (SpeedFusion and IPsec). However, both VPN down at one time.
- We also will Upgrade firmware from 8.4.1 to 8.5.2 (Peplink Balance 20X)
