Speedfusion - SNMP - Should reflect traffic within the tunnel

Hi!

Currently, when monitoring Speedfusion interfaces with SNMP, the values are missleading. When 1 MBit/s is tranfered through the tunnel, the SNMP-sensor is currently showing:

  • 1 MBit/s when using “standard speedfusion”
  • 2 MBit/s when using “WAN-Smoothing”

The sensor should reflect the traffic WITHIN the tunnel and not the traffic with the overhead.

Disagree. Knowing how much actual bandwidth each tunnel is consuming is very useful.
I would much prefer another OID endpoint for traffic within the tunnel.

Another “virtual” interface could be the solution.
