SpeedFusion Engine Cam Unable to renew InControl2

Hi Folks,

I’m unable to renew Incontrol2 or renew the warranty for our SpeedFusion Engine Cam (Americas/EMEA) (Gold Mount) - it seems the e-store doesn’t consider this a valid product? Do I have to go through distribution?
