Is it possible to sign up for one of the SpeedFusion Connect 5G/LTE plans in the US and then use it in both the US and Canada?
Or is it locked to the country you purchase it for?
If it is locked to a single country, is it possible for a US customer to purchase a plan for use only in Canada?

Right, I was aware of the supported country list. I just wanted to confirm if you purchase one of the plans you can roam from one country to another without having to buy a new plan for each country. And can a US customer buy a plan for use only in Canada?

Hi Doug.

Yes, the data plan is tied to your device and can be used wherever you go (as long as it’s a country that’s supported). You won’t need to buy a new plan. During use, your device will automatically detect supported service providers in the area and connect to them. So there is no region lock system.
