SpeedFusion Cloud - Unable to Resolve Host Name

EDIT: rather than delete this, I thought I might help someone. I had to wait about 20 minutes and reboot my router before it was usable again. Speedfusion is working now, though when I use the dedicated SSID it doesn’t appear to be any faster. Testing continues…

ORIGINAL POST: I have a MAX Transit that I’ve upgraded to 8.1.0 build 4943. I’ve purchased a SpeedFusion Cloud license. Logs say that was successfully applied:

SpeedFusion Cloud Activation Key (500GB) is now activated!

I used the menu to select the cloud and the logs say it tried to do that:

SFC-NYC-001 (sn:[snip]) connected to SFC

But then it went downhill from there:

SFC-NYC-001 (sn:[snip]) disconnected from SFC (link failure detected)
SFC: Unable to resolve host name v2.sfwangateway.peplink.com
SFC failed to establish connection (failed to connect remote peer)
SFC failed to establish connection

It’s been trying for a while now but my router is so slow it’s unusable. What should I do to troubleshoot and successfully use the Speedfusion Cloud? Thanks for your help, and please assume I don’t know what I’m doing. I know enough to be dangerous but not enough to get this working.

I spoke too soon. Since yesterday I’m seeing this over and over in the logs:

SFC-NYC-001 (sn:[snip]) disconnected from SFC (link failure detected)
SFC: Unable to resolve host name v2.sfwangateway.peplink.com
SFC failed to establish connection (failed to connect remote peer)

What should I do? Thanks!

You could open up a support ticket with us here if you want so we can investigate the issue.

I did that. I can’t even get to the device anymore via remote web admin or direct connection. Hopefully someone can help soon, and thanks!
