SpeedFusion Cloud data quota exceeded

I’ve got a MAX-BR1-MK2 on my boat licensed for inControl2 so that I can manage it remotely and occasionally access devices using inTouch.
I connected yesterday to look at a devices web interface through inTouch and was met with “SpeedFusion Cloud data quota exceeded”.

I’m not using a VPN; I was unaware that there was a data limit using inTouch, is this true?
To add to my confusion, it looks like my quota is 1TB, there’s no way in the world I’ve consumed that from looking at a device web page once in a while.

Am I missing something?

SFC plans are bought in chunks of capacity and have an expiry time set. The more capacity you buy the longer it lasts. With 1TB I suspect it was over a year ago and so it has expired.

Can you use sfc…peplink.com to review data usage and expire data?
Maybe this will help shed some light on it.
