SpeedFusion Cloud - Bonding

Hi Community,
When bonding using a SpeedFusion Cloud, what direction is bonded, the upload (from router to the cloud/internet) or the download (from the cloud/internet to the router).

I understand if FusionHub is used, it can bond in both directions.
