I have a max transit duo with tmobil and verizon sim cards as well as starlink. I purchased a license for NordVPN and installed the VPN on the router, so that no matter what device connects to my network, it shows my IP address location to be in TX, even when I am travelling.
I have 3 network options. A 5GHz network, a 2GHz network, and an SFC network that bonds all of my internet options together. When I connect to my 5 and 2G networks, and perform an IP address search, my location shows up in TX. When I connect to the SFC network, and perform the same search, it shows my actual location.
Is there an alternative way I should be doing this? Should I ditch the NordVPN and utilize SpeedFusion VPN in some way to make this happen? Did I set up my NordVPN incorrectly? Here is the link I followed to make this happen.(Peplink / Pepwave setup with NordVPN – Live Chat, VPN Setup, Troubleshooting | NordVPN Customer Support)
My ultimate goal is, I want to be able to connect to my SFC network, and have my IP address location show that I am in TX. I would also consider myself very novice, so any breakdowns are appreciated.
