I have replaced a HD2 with an RMA and since replacing it the head end 1350 is stuck with the old speedfusion tunnel, removing the tunnel and the device from IC2 does not remove the speed fusion tunnel at the head end it is stuck at starting?
is there a way to remove this tunnel manually
Do you mean removed the SF tunnel from IC2 doesn’t remove the SF tunnel from the B1350 ? May i know the B1350 still online in IC2 ? Please open a support ticket here for support team to check.
If you urgently need to remove the SF profile from B1350 , you can temporary disable IC2 management for the device and this should allow you to remove the SF profile for temporary.
This is correct. the tunnel does not exist in IC but within the 1350 I see it stuck at “starting”. will all established SF tunnels drop if I remove IC management?
