Used my sotg with my MIFI 5510l with no issues for about two years. Upgraded to the netgear AC791l. Randomly the USB cable must be unplugged from the USB modem and plugged back in for internet to be restored. Latest firmware is being used as well. Did it on the previous build as well. Modem package is 1019. Opened a support ticket days ago and no response. Any ideas?
