Hello, I recently updated my Max Transit Duo to firmware 8.3.0. Everything worked fine until 2 days later when the Wi-Fi was gone. I logged into the router and my Wireless SSID was gone along with all my firewall setting. I recreated my SSID and then tried attaching my Sonos speakers back to the new SSID. No matter what I tried, Sonos will not connect to Peplink (I even spent an hour with Sonos trying to get this to work). If I plug one of the speakers into my unmanaged switch (that is connected to the only LAN port on the Max Transit), most speakers come back online. The only one that won’t work is the Sonos Move, since it is wireless only.
I’m looking to fix the underlaying issue of the speakers not working on just Wi-Fi. I tried turning on IGMP Snooping since I believe Sonos uses UPnP to find speakers and IP multicast with IGMP protocol to talk to the speakers, but that didn’t help. I also turned off all firewall setting, such that the ‘Default’ is to allow any source to any destination, and it still doesn’t work. Something changed with this firmware update since I was previously using these speakers on Wi-Fi for almost 2 years without issue.
All other devices work fine on the new SSID. I am not running any VLAN’s.
