Some Network errors while having multiple WAN ISP's

I have two ISP’s connected to my router and some times I get errors for some services I used. Anyone can recommend me a good peplink remote technician so he could go through my settings? I would pay for the service.

Hi. We run a ‘Device Doctor’ service where we dial in remotely and do a sanity check of the config whilst providing suggestions for improving your setup. I’ll send you a message about that.
