Some devices did not report in Incontrol2

Hi, Some devices didn´t report in Incontrol2. Can I retrieve the reports were not in Incontrol? Why didnt report?

First, please make sure they have been upgraded to firmware 6.1. Second, please make sure they can reach the Internet. We commonly see, because of incorrect outbound routing setting, such devices actually cannot connect to the Internet.

If you have confirmed the above but they still do not report to IC2, please file a support ticket at http://cs.peplink.com/contact/support/ .
