New peplink partner from Portugal!
Need some help finding the right Cellular Router.
Public tender is asking for a 1LTE Router with Serial Port and 1 WAN 3 LAN with IP30 enclosure certification.
Cellular: 4G(LTE) 4 to 150Mbps, 3G until 43Mbps, 2G until 236kbps, Dual SIM, Cellular Signal Mesure, RS232 interface, Static and Dynamic Routing (BGP, OSPF v2, RIP V1/v2).
it seems the client wants RUT955 INDUSTRIAL LTE ROUTER from Teltonika, can anybody advise witch router could beat this unit.

Hi, sadly nothing in the Peplink range will fit that tender - looks like it was written for the RUT955. Closest you can get to it with Peplink is the BR1 M2M but it would be short on LAN ports https://www.peplink.com/products/max-cellular-router/single-cellular/#br1m2m
You don’t say how many routers. The way to win the tender is to help them understand the cost of management and maintenance for the lifetime of the estate of routers- then show them InControl2.
InControl2 is what wins these tenders for us.

The BR1 M2M was my first option, also looked on the hd2 mini with serial options trought terminal block.
It’s for 30 units, and once specs are released if you don’t fullfil requirements the proposal is void.
