###Q: How do I check if my license has been activated?

1. InControl

  • Log in to InControl. Under Device Details, find Feature Activation and click Show. Activated licenses will be listed here.

2. Event Log

  • Log in to InControl. Under Device Details, find History, and click Event Log. Recently activated licenses will be listed here.

  • Alternatively. You can find the same Event Log in the Web Admin settings, under Status > Event Log.

###Q: What should I do if my license wasn’t activated automatically?

  • Login to your Web Admin settings and find the feature activation page under System > Feature Add-ons. Input the license key in the Activation Key box to activate the license manually.

###Q: How can I check if my device has any associated license(s) and what my License Key is?

1. Order Confirmation Email

  • In the order confirmation email (“Your Order with Peplink #AE……”), the license key is provided for your reference.

2. Peplink Portal

  • Login to the Peplink Portal
  • Click on Device Management and search for your device’s serial number (S/N).
  • If the S/N has any associated licenses it will show the ‘Show Key’ option. Click on ‘Show Key’ to see which licenses are associated with the S/N.
