Q: How do I check if my license has been activated?

Q: What should I do if my license wasn’t activated automatically?
- Login to your Web Admin settings and find the feature activation page under System > Feature Add-ons. Input the license key in the Activation Key box to activate the license manually.
Q: How can I check if my device has any associated license(s) and what my License Key is?
1. Order Confirmation Email
- In the order confirmation email (“Your Order with Peplink #AE……”), the license key is provided for your reference.
2. Peplink Portal
- Login to the Peplink Portal
- Click on Device Management and search for your device’s serial number (S/N).
- If the S/N has any associated licenses it will show the ‘Show Key’ option. Click on ‘Show Key’ to see which licenses are associated with the S/N.
