SNMP OID for active sessions count on HD4

Is there any posibility to retrieve active sessions count for each wan interface or system with SNMP on a HD4?

We are operating a vessel in the UK sector of the north sea and are obligated to deliver internet for a client through this 4G connection onboard the vessel.
Iā€™m able to monitor active session count throug our Fortigate NGF, the HD4 is the edge wan router. The 4G connection seems to get slow when we monitor peaks in the active session count in the Fortigate, but we are also sending some trafic throug a vsat link, so I would like to know the exact session count on the 4G in order to pin point exact problem and send the issue to the 4G provider.
