I frequently deploy new units into the field. A lot of times they sit behind customers firewalls. Occasionally I run into a client firewall blocking incontrol ports or just not configured correctly. When this happens the device goes offline and I have to make a trip our or have someone disconnect the WAN port to change it cell.
It would be great if there was a SMS command that would simply make Cellular the top priority.
