I currently using a 580 running firmware 5.2, I am noticing very slow connections speeds when establishing a PPTP connection using MAC’s OS X PPTP client.
I am using two high speed WiMAXX internet connections bounded together, the measured though-put I am experiencing is 300 - 350 kbps…
Are there known issues with the integrated PPTP server and MAC OS X?
There are no know issues with Peplink PPTP server and MAC OS X. Please create a PPTP user account and turn on remote assistance of Peplink via “http://<Peplink’s IP>/cgi-bin/MANGA/support.cgi”. Then create a support ticket via http://www.peplink.com/contact/support/

I was just wondering if you could tell me the pptp max. speed that could I get using the Peplink Balance 30.
I mean, there should be a limit, at least for the ports we are using (100 mb, 1 Gb, etc).
