Slow mobile connection in Balance 210

Hello everybody,

Just bought a Balance 210 in a plan to provide mobile backup/failover to one of our remote facility. Right now we are testing with mobile alone (MF821 which is in compatibility list) in our local office and found that the speed (especially download speed) is slow in Balance 210, compare with that in TP-Link MR3420 router (Please see attached photos). APN settings are the same in both equipment.

Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Please be sure your Balance is up to date on firmware and open a support ticket with us here if there is still a problem.

Just discovered that the problem can be solved by manually setting the LAN port speed to 100M Full duplex instead of AUTO.
