Slow File Transfer Speeds from wireless PC to wired NAS

I have been noticing slow file transfer speeds between my PC and NAS. This is also happening between my NAS and my television.

Everything seems to be running at proper speeds by themselves, but the cominication between them seems to be the issue.

File transfer speeds seem to stall out around 2Mbps.

Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
