Good day, everyone. I have two Pepwave Max700. I am using LTE on both sites. I want to create a site-to-site VPN. I have followed all the instructions on YouTube without success. Can someone guide me step by step how to do this please.

Do you have public ip address? You need at least one side with public ip address to build a site-to-site vpn. (ipsec / speedfusion)

Can I use public IP address from DNU? Or from open VPN? Please let me know which of the online public IP I can use?

You need to have a public ip address at your WAN (RJ45) or a public ip address at your LTE interface.

I have managed to get static public IP address, but I can’t have tunnels created. What could be the issue at place now?

Look at the public ip address (wan/lte)…
They cannot be:

  • 192.168.x.x
  • 172.16.x.x to 172.31.x.x
  • 10.x.x.x
  • 100.64.x.x to 100.127.x.x
