Site surveyors - here's a handy piece of kit to have - 1 Simple Phone Starlink FHP Mag Mount

All:

As soon as I saw this, I had to have one in my armory of kit. The 1 Simple Phone Mag Mount for the Starlink Flat, High Performance panel. Thank you @Jonathan_Pitts for getting me one of your first shipping units!
Add this to your survey rig with a Peplink 82G Mag Mounted antenna and you can demo unbreakable comms, pretty much anywhere! I run mine from a BR2 MAX Pro from @ChristopherSpitler.
What I like about this is that you can leave the antenna mounted on your rental car (survey vehicle) and go from site to site, drilling no holes in the car and being able to test as soon as you stop at the site. This will cut HOURS off a multi-site survey.

Tomorrow we will publish real-world performance data comparing the Mini, Gen 2 Resi, and FHPs from Starlink, along with FusionHUB PepVPNs utilizing our respective company’s Peplink routers.
We’ve just ran out of time to finish the testing and normalizing/presentation of the test data for tonight, it’s already after 9pm in Texas.

@Luke_Morgan Looks good!
Lucas’s has the magnets but we also have suction cups for other applications, I’ll post pictures of that once it comes in.

Lucas, I’m glad you like the dish mount from 1SimpleConnect! Jonathan did a great job designing it with forward thinking options. I’m sure he mentioned to you, but did you see the GoBox DC power kit for the Flat HP dish? The BR2 Max Pro is a beast, but if you’re already lugging around the 82G you probably don’t mind :wink:

But if your survey needs allow - I’d suggest the GoBox DC power kit (case for your Flat HP w/ 6 hr battery) + a GoBox Pro case housing a BR1 Pro 5G + Peplink 42G antenna. Of course, 1SimpleConnect can also talk with about all sorts of other options – the sky is the limit!
