SIM Swapping Logs vs Reports discrepancy

We’ve just set up a MAX BR1 Pro unit with dual SIMs. In the interest of keeping the secondary SIM account active, and to routinely test failover, we have set the unit to swap the active SIM monthly. This SIM swap just happened and caused all sorts of confusion and concern. First off, the unit lost connection for about four minutes. For a scheduled and expected event like SIM swapping, this was not an expected outcome but I now understand that this is a hardware limitation. However, when opening the InControl2 app on an iOS device, the logs simply show that the device lost connection and then reconnected four minutes later. However, going to the web interface and looking at the reports, the report shows that unit was beginning the SIM swap, the connection was lost, the secondary SIM became active, and finally that the unit was reconnected. Having had this additional information in the log would have cleared up what was taking place and decreased concern. Can you please add the SIM swap beginning and completed messages to the logs as is reported on the reports?
