I must have forced it in. it’s not cpnnectiong and i cant remove it.

Power it off, if you can see the sim at all get some tweezers and gentle pluck it out.

If you can’t see the SIM you’ll have to remove the covers to get to the SIM card slot directly.

thanks i got the card out but i think the slots are damaged
