SFC stops using a WAN link after temporary outages despite WAN link showing good for a long time

I have a situation where an outage on a WAN causes the fusion connection to drop the use of that wan - SFC continues to work from the other WAN (but no longer uses both bonded).

Navigating into the WAN (from dashboard), un-checking enabled, clicking save/apply, then re-enabling cycles the WAN (which SFC was not using) and SFC connection then resumes using it/both.

  3. SFC now shows WAN in use

Both WANs are connected via ethernet ports.

I would recommend logging this with engineering for them to review.
Send in a diagnostic report when you raise the ticket.

Thanks Martin, Ticket submitted with diagnostic report attached. Issue occurred again so diagnostic report was generated whilst the issue was present.
