There is an outage in SFC-MIA, no connections from my B20X at all. When I go to InControl, PepVPN/SpeedFusion Live Status, Logical View. what should be a circle for SFC-MIA simply shows a blank name.
Where in InControl can I see the status of SFC locations? Do we know what the outage is?

I cannot help you with the “IC2 part” of your question. However, I just checked one of our customers’ systems and found svc to the MIA POP is working fine. Looking at the log on their router I don’t’ see any issues with MIA today.

Still this morning no connection to SFC-MIA. In the router status → SpeedFusion I can see the connections for ATL and MKC, but nothing for MIA. In InControl, Logical View I still see the blank name circle, listed as “Manually Added”.
I removed and re-added the MIA SFC connection, but still no joy.
I ended up switching back to Atlanta (At least the IP addresses show up as in the US now) and removing the MIA connection.
This is irritating because of my IP-based ACLs will need to be updated, and I’ll need to notify the SOC that my source IP networks has changed.
I don’t know why it’s just me, but I’m going to raise a ticket.
The event log in InControl shows:

If the formatting doesn’t come through, essentially a link failure was detected on the 25th, when I began having problems, and the router is still unable to establish a connection to Miami.

Hi. I think submitting a ticket is the right move at this point.
I just checked two customers’ routers and I don’t see any issues with connections to ATL.
This is what I received from support:
Michele,
I tried recreating the issue on my own B20X and I confirm there is an issue with the MIA servers at the moment.
Let me inform the team in charge of this and hopefully they can provide a fix soon. I will let you know.
Thanks,
