After learning from the MMH Peplink SpeedFusion Explained video, I’m not able to find the “Choose Cloud Location” under the SF Connect menu item. I have the 8.5.2 build 5243 firmware. Also during the video it says that new Peplink hardware customers get 1TB but my dashboard says that I only have 500GB. Please advise.

SFC data allowance depends on your device model:
If your hardware doesn’t match data allowance mentioned in above table please create a ticket: here
On 8.5.2 FW Choose Cloud Location should be under SF-Connect → Client Mode - for Outbound accesses → SFC Location. If you are unable to see “dropdown” menu, please try to use different browser. If the issue also persists on different browser, please create a ticket: here
